So you connected your phone to kies but wait a minute....Kies does not recognize your phone any more.......because you have changed your kernel what to do now???????/ How to get back???

Install checkfus Here.,,

1. Go to application 
2. select your device 
3. select region 
4. check for update
5. download update
6. flash it from recovery

OR you can use PC version And ODIN flasher to install official latest ROM on your phone.

Follow these steps and your done with lagging videos

1. add this repository to cydia   http://mirrors.xbmc.org/apt/ios/ 
2. now tab on team XBMC source
3. install both xbmc and xbmc icon pack
4. open xbmc player 
5. tab on add videos
6. select home folder 
7. select video folder
8. tab on video folder name you add (you can see it on app's main screen)
9. done!!!!!!
